A unique area of our practice is dedicated to Educational Advocacy and IEPC (Individual Education Planning Committee) Representation.  Sauvola & Associates, P.A.'s general partner, Nicole Sauvola, Esquire, has more than 24 years of experience in educational advocacy, as her own child suffered a traumatic brain injury in 1986 and was a student in the public school system in both Michigan and Florida for all of his educational career (from elementary through high school).

Sauvola & Associates, P.A., also represents individuals who have been charged with criminal offenses such as DUI, Drug Crimes (including Conspiracy charges) Assault, Battery, Aggravated Assault, and Aggravated Battery.

Sauvola & Associates, P.A. represents those persons charged with crimes against the State in Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin Counties, as well as those charged with crimes against the United States, brought in the U.S. District Court.   As a former prosecutor in both Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Nicole Sauvola, Esquire has inside experience on how cases are filed and prosecuted.  Additionally, Ms. Sauvola has handled more than 1000 cases to verdict or disposition.

Sauvola & Associates, P.A., handles Real Estate Closings, short-sales, and mortgage modifications.  Our firm also represents owners of commercial and residential property for the purpose of property management.  As representatives of Buyer and Sellers, we  prepare Contracts for Purchase/Sale and assist our clients throughout the entire process from Contract to Closing.
