Nicole Sauvola is the managing Partner of Sauvola & Associates, P.A.  She is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University Law School, with her main office in West Palm Beach, Florida, in the West Tower of the Phillips Point Building. (Click on Phillips Point for Directions to our office.)


During her years of practice as an attorney, Ms. Sauvola has appeared in courts throughout the South Florida area, including County and Circuit Courts in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, and the U.S. District Courts (Federal Courts) in the Southern District of Florida.  Ms. Sauvola has comprehensive litigation experience and has participated in the preparation and presentation of more than 100 trials. 

Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Sauvola represented the People of the State of Florida in criminal prosecutions in both Broward and Palm Beach Counties for a number of years.   She was also the legal counsel for the City of Hollywood for municipal prosecutions, code enforcement actions, execution, protection and foreclosure of Community Development Mortgages, and claims by the City in Bankruptcy actions. 

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Sauvola was a former court reporter assigned to  the U.S. District Courts, recording the trials of some of the most complicated multi-defendant conspiracy trials in the country.  She was also the co-founder of a successful local title company and has more than a decade of experience in Real Estate Closings and property law, both residential and commercial.

Ms. Sauvola participates in a  wide range of organizations, including the Victim Rights Coalition the Women's Chamber of Commerce, Western Women's Business Council and the Executive Women's Golf Association. She has participated in educational programs including Law Related Education (LRE), and the presentation of Mock Trials in the Palm Beach Community Schools.  Ms. Sauvola also hosts adult education seminars in Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse Awareness.  Additionally, she manages the SauvoLaw Update project, which includes  comprehensive law updates for various Florida actions.  Currently, the most complete updates are those regarding Florida DUIs.  She has also collected an assortment of lawyer jokes, available through our Legal Laughs website.

Ms. Sauvola is a member of the Florida State Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association,  Palm Beach County Trial Lawyers Association,  American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She is an alumni member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and is also the President of the Executive Women's Golf Association Palm Beach Chapter.  She resides in Palm Beach County with her husband, Wayne.
