Sauvola & Associates, P.A., has a specialized practice in the area of Criminal Law.  During her years of practice as an attorney, Nicole Sauvola has appeared in courts throughout the South Florida area, including County and Circuit Courts in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, as well as the U.S. District Courts (Federal Courts) in the Southern District and Middle Districts of Florida.  Ms. Sauvola has comprehensive criminal litigation experience and has participated in the preparation and presentation of more than 100 trials (both criminal and civil). 

Ms. Sauvola is a former Assistant State Attorney and has represented the People of the State of Florida in both Broward and Palm Beach Counties in the prosecution of crimes for a number of years.   She was also former legal counsel to the City of Hollywood for municipal prosecutions and code enforcement actions.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Sauvola was a former court reporter assigned to the U.S. District Courts in Michigan, recording criminal trials of some of the most complicated multi-defendant conspiracy cases in the country. 

Ms. Sauvola's unique experiences provide her with knowledge from the "inside" as to complicated forensic issues and the requirements for "proof beyond a reasonable doubt" in criminal defense representation.
